The resort is a wonderful experience, good time to spend with family, lots of indoor games. This resort is a bliss for kids with play area, trampoline, swimming pool. Overall the hospitality of the resort is good.... The hospii staff especially Sachin Thate he made sure we felt at home and helped us with every minute requirement. I strongly recommend this resort for family time.

We have frequently visited this place in past two months and the service and food and the amenities provided by the hotel are exceptional at this price point. Staff is really very polite and friendly.
Practically speaking, this place is a go to destination for anyone who visits Lonavala. Would strongly recommend it.
Special thanks to Mr. Md Billal for outstanding restaurant upkeep and assistance.
Kudos to chef Mr. Tukaram for amazingly tasty yet healthy and hygienic food.
