Celebrated my brother’s birthday and had such a great time! The place had variety of food selection (around the world na literal) and the staff were genuinely so welcoming and kind, especially Aiken, Regine, Irish, Jay-ann, Lolly, April, Mae, Jessery, Glenn and Archie!
The food and the service are excellent. Staff are very accommodating with pleasant smiles. The stay was so wonderful, relaxing and felt like home. I would recommend to my friends and relatives to experience the BAI vibe.

We had a lovely stay at Bai hotel and have stayed there a few times before. Always friendly helpful stay we would like to mention Grafe who was very helpful with our luggage and getting transport. The food is great with lots of choices on the Buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Grafe at the concierge was very helpful with my baggage and belongings. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my check-in experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his assistance and hope the hotel recognizes his exceptional service! He went above and beyond, setting a great tone for my entire stay!
