After perusing through TripAdvisor looking for good restaurants, we saw this had good reviews. My wife and I arrived around 7:00 on a Thursday. We were greeted and asked if we had a reservation. We said no, which was not a problem and we were promptly seated. It's a very open place with the grill in the room so you can watch them cook your steak. Because the grill is in the dining room, it does get just a bit smoky, but not enough to smother you. Our awesome waitress was Megan. As soon as we were seated and had a chance to look at the menu, she introduced herself and took our drink order. She explained both menus we were given. We ordered the cowboy bone in ribeye. It was about 18oz and cooked to perfection. The sides were just as good. We never had to ask for a refill as she would bring us a new one as soon as they were close to empty.
We highly recommend this place if you are in the area. I also recommend reservations for a weekend visit.
