The hotel itself was modern and clean. Overall in alignment with expectations from other Hyatt Place properties.
The staff needs development and training on the level of customer service expected. It seems like everything is done to the minimum standards. Breakfast was just eggs, bacon and pancakes and didn’t come out until 15 minutes after it was supposed to open.
The front desk staff would frequently talk amongst themselves and make customers feel like they were intruding on their conversations if asking for help.
Overall a good hotel that could be on par with the best in their class if they invested in personnel development and training.
