Nothing special I would say, but it had WiFi in the rooms. The staff were very friendly. And the rooms were decorated in a very modern fashion. Not personally my taste. But lovely and comfortable!

The bar downstairs was nice too, had a bunch of wine with the owner or manager I think, was absolutely lovely.

Honestly, can't go wrong with booking here I believe.

First of all, this was my 2nd visit to Paris and my 2nd stay in a 3 stars hotel. I was really disappointed, maybe because Paris was my next destination after amazing Amsterdam, PS: always make Amsterdam your last place, but the hotel itself is not the best place to stay in Paris. The location is very far from everything. You can of course take the metro but you will always have to change to a different station and big chances that you will get lost or your things will be stolen or, and after ticket prices increase for tourists, you will spend more money. The funny thing, it's quite the same price as Ibis in Place de Clichy which is at least better. The view... mmm, you will be looking at the nearby blocks. Breakfast, 3 types of bakery and boiled eggs with some cheese. No tea Kettle, no complimentary water and no safe deposits inside the room. The cleaning lady is very nice, some of the staff are not the same and some of them do raise their voice on guests.

Room tip: You will not have a view but at least stay in 7th floor.

So booked here for the night driving to Paris. There is garage with plenty of spaces. On arrival there was the typical Parisian welcome which you get used to. Room on the 4th floor just like the picture. Spacious and comfy bed. Bathroom. Is the usual plug and play style associated with ibis. The door didn't close but hey who cares when you aren't having guests. The Resturant is very typical and regimental. It opens when it opens no sooner and closes when it closes promptly. The location is not the best and getting a taxi would seem easy but is a challenge right on a main roundabout under the periferique. The metro ia a short walk tho and access to Clichy is easy. So would I stay again? Yes. Better than the hotel 200mtrs away. 😊

We drove to Paris from London for the weekend and chose this hotel for its location (NW edge in the 17th arr.) which is just off the Blvd Peripherique, its reasonable rates, it looked easy to get into the centre by metro, and because they had their own underground carpark (16 Euros per night). They don’t have a drive in front of the hotel but we found the carpark easily (on 1 rue Bonnet) and entered the hotel that way. There is an intercom so that you can request reception to open the gate. Like most Paris hotel carparks, the driveway to the lower level was narrow and spaces were small but we expected that. We have an Audi Q5 so anything bigger may be a bit difficult to drive in. The Reception area was clean and welcoming with a dining area for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was tidy with modern decor, was small but still a good size for 2 persons staying the weekend, and had a clean bathroom/shower. The hotel is just a short walk away from the Metro line 13 (Porte de Clichy). After dinner in the 11th arr, we took an Uber car back to the hotel for less than 12 Euros which we thought was good value.

I am currently staying at this hotel near to Paris and booked it on 05th October 2016 for 4 nights, the hotel staff did not allow us to sit and eat at restaurant (they said that the restaurant was closed) but there was a white family who was allowed to sit and eat there while we were asked to take our plates to our room, after few minutes the staff that asked us to take our plate to our room was enjoying his espresso in the restaurant with this white family. The room that we stayed in had a broken bathroom door, the bathroom was untidy and even after making several complaints our problem was not solved. We are shocked to receive such bad service from ibis brand and racism is a very sad thing to happen to anybody. Feel very very bad.

Dear Mr BHANUSHALI HITESH,
Thank you for the time you took to write your comment on TripAdvisor, we read it with great attention, yet it seems that it was a big misunderstanding. In fact the « white family » that you saw on the restaurant that day was the staff, who was on lunch break as the restaurant was closed.
To remain you the restaurant is opened from 12pm to 2pm at lunch this is the only reason why we could not serve you. However our snack bar is open 24/7, which is why we suggested it to you.
So as you have a special diet, our restaurant manager allow you exceptionally, to help yourself at the vegetable buffet, but you could not stay in the restaurant because has soon as the staff finished we had to reset the whole restaurant for the diner service.
We hope that the rest of your stay will be as good as you expected, if you need anything else do not hesitate and of we are of course at your disposal.
Best regards,
Guillaume Daguené
