This place was perfect for a car full of kids on their way to a cub scout event at the zoo. It is directly across the road from the Omaha Zoo. It's basically a diner.

Plenty of parking, clean bathrooms, and a simple / kid friendly atmosphere. The menu consists of mainly burger and gyro platters, but neither will disappoint. The dining room was clean enough, but it was pretty worn out.

Lets be honest, we just wanted to eat. No one comes here ro hang out. The gyro platter consisted of a huge gyro with real lamb (not frozen / packaged meat), a small Greek salad, and seasoned fries. Tons of food, all cooked just right. My companion ate the cheeseburger but didn't care for the bun so much.

Surprisingly there were a number of vegetarian and healthy options. The chicken breast salad was huge, and very tasty. The one disappointment came from the vanilla shake, it was big but lacked flavor.

I would recommend this if you are in a hurry, have kids, or are looking for a reliable and inexpensive meal. I don't recommend this if you want a large menu or expect upscale dining.

Food is expensive but you get a lot of food. We had the burgers, fries and soda. Recommend share fries as you get a lot in the order. We got separate orders as we didn't know and took a lot home.

We went here after a trip to the zoo. They have a drive-thru or you can go inside and sit down to eat. The only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to get into the parking lot of their restaurant. You have to drive into a side street, make a u-turn past a median, and then you can make a right turn into their restaurant. It would be less of a hassle of there wasn't a median in that side street.

The restaurant was very clean and the food was served up quickly. The fries were fresh fried, which is always a plus for any restaurant. We had a burger and a gyro. Both were delicious. Overall, it was a good place to eat. A little expensive for the type of food, but totally worth a visit if you're in the area.
