We had a great dinner here during a weekend in May. The restaurant is slightly away from the main port which means it caters for locals more than tourists, which was an added bonus for us. The chef was delightful and made every effort to explain each of the nine dishes we ate - all of which were delicious and different to other things we had tried over the course our Puglian adventure. Definitely recommend this place and if you aren't fussy be guided by the experts who work there and you won't be disappointed or hungry when you leave!

We ate her in June, and because of the lack of communiaction (our fault) this fantastic meal could have been better. We went for the tasting menu, but ended up ordering more than we needed. The food was fantastic and the service from the chef/owner was first class. The fish soup was exceptional.

By far the best restaurant in Trani. An artist with taste and hospitality. This is our second visit this week and we will be back next tuesday for another gastronomic expedition

Visited this restaurant on Tuesday evening on the recommendation of a friend. It was a lovely experience and the food was great. The owner took time to explain his creations to us and made us feel very welcome which made this experience special.

This small restaurant near the castle is almost solely run by Michele the owner, a truly inspired chef. Seeing our basic Italian, he described every dish and every ingredient but in the end we just followed his suggestions. Everything we ate was an eclectic mix of taste and texture that all worked wonderfully. If we had to pick favourites they would be, the raw shrimp in Mojito foam, the turbot steamed at 62 degrees and the tortino of apricot and coconut. We had a lovely fresh local Bombino white wine and Michele gave us a complimentary glass of Moscato di Trani to finish the meal. With an amuse bouche and pre dessert this wonderful assault on the taste buds cost just €70, a steal for this quality.
