The staff were super friendly, good location, clean and nice size rooms. Could use a gift shop in the property and choices for food in the building. But walking distance to several shops and restaurants.

My wife and I recently stayed in this hotel on a weekend trip to Richmond, VA for a college roommate's wedding. We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the rooms were obviously well-kept/cleanly.

We stayed here on our return trip from 4 days in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Upon arrival, we were upgraded. The staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms were spacious, service delightful, and near a Starbucks. What more could we ask for.

I was attending a conference for work and have stayed at this hotel once before. I was upgraded and treated like a queen! Wonderful stay! I look forward to the next conference held at this hotel. I added the breakfast but was not able to utilize it. I was told by a co-worker that the food in the restaurant was very good. I know the food that was served for our conference was really good!

First impression suggests it will be a very comfortable hotel; however the rooms and common spaces on elevated floors will disappoint. The rooms are worn, wall coverings are tarnished, bathroom drains do not work properly. Such a shame as the employees were friendly, helpful and a pleasure.
