We stayed at a hotel on Broad street and were tired after site-seeing. We wanted to stay close to the hotel for dinner and just happened to see the sign for Kabob Bistro. The middle eastern buffet was great. Lots of choice and each was delicious. My favorite was the butter chicken.
There was only one other person there when we had dinner on a Thursday night. I don't know how long they've been in business but I hope they last. It was a quiet place, with good food. Not sure the buffet would appeal to younger children.

Kabab Bistro gets the basics right- the kebab, rice dishes, curries. We've been disappointed in the sweet dishes and the vegetables. We've lived and traveled extensively in South Asia (India, Pakistan especially) so we are picky about certain foods from the region. Good subzi is made with fresh vegetables rather than frozen and those of us who love the special carrot pudding in the winter were disappointed in this dish at Kabab Bistro. Overall, though, it's a taste of home for those who come from Pakistan especially. The shortcuts they have taken with some foods make it less authentic for those who want the "real thing."
