Been here on a number of occasions and noticed on my last visit this October how far this is falling behind the average holiday accommodation.
I was in Tenerife in May and stayed at a hotel that was in need of updating like the Riza but at least in Tenerife the furniture in the rooms was comfortable and you could get free Wi-fi anywhere in the hotel (that’s no charge if you were wondering).
The only things that are good about the Riza at the moment are it is clean and I can only say that some of the staff were friendly some could learn to smile. Little things go a long way to making you feel welcome.
