Had some problems, but overall experience was good. Overall the experience was good. However, there were a few issues related to my stay (i.e. I was without water for over a two hour period, when water service was reconnected, had to wait for an extended period of time for hot water, the voice over I.P. phone service was interrupted for an period of time, and the cable services was contently interrupted throughout the stay).

Thank you very much Mr. Kendall for your response. The issues you stated above are being taken seriously. We apologize that you were out of water for two hours, we had an emergency repair we needed to make which is why we had to temporarily shut off the water. We do apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused. We were not aware of any issues regarding the cable systems. We have voiced your issues with the appropriate departments which are currently being looked into.
We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you in the near future.

The staff were very friendly. They were accommodating and patient. I was really disappointed that the hotel didn't have a hot tub. I thought that since it was part of Hilton that it would be nicer. I was also surprised that being a Hilton rewards member didn't have more perks. Breakfast isn't even included. It was a last minute trip so it was fine. I definitely rate the hotel as average but the staff is five star.

Thank you very much Ms. Rachel for your response. The issues you stated above are being taken seriously. Ms. Rachel we do follow Hilton Honors standards for the breakfast which includes continental breakfast for Gold and Diamond members. In addition to that, we are about to undergo a complete renovation.
We thank you for the comments which we have shared with the appropriate departments. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you in the near future.

Professional, friendly staff. Lovely rooms and a great breakfast. I will definitely stay here again. It is in a congested area, but the property is well off the main road, and there is a tavern on the property also.

The room amenities are not the best in town, and honestly not even the best in the Hilton chain (I get better sleep at nearby Hampton Inns), but for a short one night stay it is bearable. The staff was nice, and did enough in my limited interaction with them, however again, nothing stood out.
