Went for prime rib night. Very average, nothing great but not bad. Band was entertaining. Breakfast was very good with excellent service.

Slow service, almost left. there were very few people there and service could have been a lot faster and better. Ordered split of champagne and didn't get bottle on the table. Ordered the Rib Eye with mac and cheese and asparagus. Added a lobster tail (extra charge). The demi glace sauce on steak was sweet, ugh.Ordered mine medium rare on the rare side came out well done.Sent it back and second steak was thinner and still not cooked right. Waitress was not understanding and arguing about how it was cooked as if I didn't know what I was talking about and didn't know how to cook steak.I cook steak all the time and it comes out right, not that hard. Chef should know how to cook a steak. The room was just a large room no real decor or ambiance. Wouldn't recommend this place if you know good food.

Stopped here for lunch on the way north; so good had to stop again on the way back. Typical menu items are really inspired here. Breakfast burrito was probably the best ever and the JT Burger was a nice thick burger, done medium to perfection, with an imaginative tomato jam (not ketchup), really good bacon and mild green chilis on a very good bun. French fries were great; really crispy. This will be our regular stop when traveling on I-17.
