terrible salad, mall quality fast food at restaurant prices. the highlight was the bottled sapporo beer.

Went there with family for dinner on Sunday night.
Service was poor: in the middle of ordering our waiter leaves and a colleague takes over (took her a while to work out we had ordered quite a few things already, took us a while to work out why she was there instead of her colleague). Then one hour into dinner, while we were still waiting for part of our order to arrive, the first waiter asks us when we expect to be done. Told him that we expect them to bring all the food first. The experience left us all with a bad taste.
Food was ok, but not heading back there in a rush.
This restaurant was suggested by a few friends and locals so we thought give it a try. From outside it doesn't look too much and even inside it was fairly basic. But the food choice, quality and taste is what makes it worthwhile , even the service was very fast. So if you like good food give it a try
Came for dinner - to their Freemans Bay restaurant; 3 tempura prawns just $9; small sashimi (3 different fish) just $13; miso soup only $4. Lots of cooking smells, thankfully high ceiling. Not a place to linger but cheap & cheerful.
