Husband, son and I stayed 3 nights at Ram's Horn. Houses and grounds are well kept. We were amazed how clean and comfortable we were there. Can't wait to go back.
Highlight of our trip was black bear in garbage at the Resort.

The title of this review summarized it all. What a special wonderful place to stay, while visiting the magnificent Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP)! Our family first visited Estes Park and Rams Horn Village Resort (RHVR) in August 1994; no typo here. And we have been coming to this beautiful little town, and the friendly RHVR nearly every summer. The cozy cabins are beautifully appointed with all modern amenities with free wifi; the comfortable king and queen beds with high quality linens in two bedrooms. Talk about the nice kitchen with decent set of pots and pans, glass containers with lids for leftovers, stainless steel mixing bowls, sharp knife set, and plenty of other kitchen supplies in dinnerware, silverware, glassware ... for those who like to cook and entertain. The friendly staff is exceptional, pleasant and helpful. The management team is so responsive and insanely efficient making guests feel valued and appreciated. We always appreciate the Saturday evening wine and cheese getogether; and the delicious Belgian waffle Sunday breakfast. The free washers and dryers are very convenient for the week long stays. We have NO one negative thing to say about this beautiful place. We stayed at the best resort conveniently located at the entrance of RMNP; no need to look anywhere else in Estes Park.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Ram's Horn Village. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful with everything. The property offers every convenience that you might need or want away from home. We felt so at home here that we didn't want to leave. Ram's Horn is especially convenient for those who love RMNP and Estes Park.

Rams Horn Village was a great place to stay with your family while visiting Rocky Mtn National Park which is only 1 mile away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids like free bicycle use, large swimming pool, games and videos to borrow, and plenty of other kids to play with. The free washer and dryers (4 each) was convenient. The cabin (we had a 2 bedroom detached cabin) itself was roomy but the bedrooms were quite small. The second bedroom upstairs had only a double bed. A queen or two twins would have made more sense for a family. The cabin had two nice bathrooms. The kitchen and BBQ outside was convenient. It was nice to have a hot tub right behind our cabin. The resort is right off a major road so it's not like you are in the woods but there was little if no road noise. Overall, I'd recommend this resort for families.

So glad to hear you enjoyed your vacation with us! Hurry back! Just wanted to clarify one little thing. We have no double beds at Rams Horn Village. The bed in the second bedroom is a queen sized bed. Sometimes the queens seem smaller to guests because of our massive headboards. These beds are standard queen size top of the line Simmons bed sets. Hope we see your family again very soon.

I have been going to Estes Park for over 40 years. I have stayed in at least 20 different hotels, condos and homes. Rams Horn Village offers the best and cleanest accommodations in the area. We will never stay at another resort/hotel in the Estes Park area. Don't waste your time anywhere else.
