Great lunch spot near Brown. Frites are the Best! Cobb salad was excellent. Quaint little french bistro with nice outside seating. Diverse menu - lots of choices for kids too. Will definitely go back

Finally got over to this fab restaurant in Providence, although it's been around for a while, and can't wait to return. The staff was GREAT, from the hostess to the bartender to the servers. The menu was challenging as we wanted to order everything! The variety of mussels with frites is CRAZY. The truffle frites and paella were fantastic, and not just fries with a hint of parm and truffle oil, they were awesome. The paella was delicious with a wide variety of seafood, enough to take the leftovers home and make a killer tortilla. The night we were there they also had a prix fixe menu offering a pork schnitzel with German potato salad which was also terrific. Great place to go with a group, then you can try everything. The place gets really get busy and a bit noisy which we didn't mind, it was a fun and lively environment. Once again, kudos to the staff, awesome job!!!

It was a hot day and whatever climate system the restaurant has wasn't working well. Ceiling fans made up for much of that, though. The place is often loud, but the food quite good. My crab encrusted cod was good - but the bread was very good - sour and chewy- and the mussels we had as an appetizer were huge and delicious. They offer mussels in about eight varieties of sauce. Give the place a try.

Went there in a large group of colleagues. Service was friendly and efficient. We didn't wait too long. Food was really good (most of us had the lobster roll). Drinks were great (I had the black walnut Manhattan).

Was told to eat here by hotel and JWU staff. We were not impressed with the food or service that we received. We are not picky eaters just want a good night out while away.
Soup = We ordered the NE clam chowder and french onion soups, very disappointed. The chowder was more a corn chowder than clams and the onion soup was very sweet.
Appetizer = We also ordered the hummus plate , wow never again, their was a taste I could not describe that ruined the dish.
Dinner = I oredered a blue burger it was ok but was missing the onions. Also a Lobster roll and that was disappointing too. I must say that the show string fries were good.
Last but not least our waiter kept disappearing on us and that is not acceptable especialy because they work for tips. Drinks took forever to show up, as well as each course. We were not in a rush but it was to slow and you felt left out.
