“Surprisingly Excellent”

Live Theater Workshop

When we heard it was a very small theatre and tickets cost only $15, we expected something somewhat amateur. We were surprised and blown away by the excellent performance! The two actors were hilarious and outstanding. The fact that
"The Best Brothers" debuted in Stratford, Ontario at the Stratford Festival should have given us a clue that it would be great. Stratford Festival is one of the most prominent arts festivals in Canada and internationally recognized. Be prepared: There is only one washroom. Our play had no intermission. Bravo! We will book tickets again next time in Tucson.

Always good shows. Not a bad seat in the house. Office folks very helpful. Can get chilly so bring along something to wear in case you get cold.

Limited seating so book ahead. Small intimate theatre. Actors were excellent. This show would be very successful on bigger stage with larger audience. Bravo!

This is a community theater who has put on some terrific performances. Best to get a seasons subscription [ we did and picked 6 shows out of the list which were offered for the year]. There has NOT been any of the shows we have not enjoyed. The seating is intimate being no more than 5 rows from the stage. Some shows with an intermission and others are single acts. Volunteer staff run the theater. Prices very reasonable with the best deal getting the yearly package for a minimum of 6 shows. If in Tucson on business or living here part time [winter visitor] or permanently check the schedule and see what is available and when. The theater is small and located in a strip mall. Some shows are more geared to the adults so choose appropriately. They do have productions for children as well.

Just saw "No Way to Treat a Lady" and it was great! The theater is very small so you are right there with the actors. The cast was fantastic. This is a musical and the voices were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
