We had dinner here the last evening we were in town. I had a salmon dish, which was really delicious. I also had two glasses of wine and a creme brulee. Food was fabulous! Our server, Marisela, was excellent and took good care of us. The only downside for this place is the price...my dinner, before tip, was approximately $70. It was very good, but I don't know that I'd spend that much again for a dinner.

Came here for dinner before the Alamo Half Marathon. Restaurant is along the River Walk and is part of the Westin. Service was friendly and efficient. Definitely get a seat outside to people watch. We also watched the St Patrick's Day float parade pass by. Food was solid Italian, not the best I've ever had but good enough. We stuck to pasta dishes which seemed more reasonably priced. High chairs were available for our toddler.

I ordered a tagliatelle alla bognese. It took really long to get to the table. The restaurant was far from full. Well, the sauce had too much heavy cream and no meat at all.

When we told our server we were vegan, Jessica (our server) said she would check with the kitchen staff, and see how they could accommodate us. Makadisi (I hope I spelled it correctly) made us a fabulous risotto. The presentation was beautiful and the risotto was delicious. There were some vegetarian dishes on the menu, but not really anything we could make vegan unless you wanted a salad. We appreciated that they offered to make something for us.

Our dinner was excellent. I would suggest a reservation and request outdoor if possible. I would have given five stars, but our service was a bit slow. Also the menu on the trip advisor was either the lunch prices or out-of-date because the food was about 20% more expensive than listed.
