Guenther House – This is the King William District tour bus drop. Carl Guenther was founder of Pioneer Flour Mills, and the house holds a little museum of memorabilia plus a river mill store, the 1859 parlor with amazing giant goldleaf mirrors, plus the original piano from Stuttgart. There is a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, being served that day was chicken and waffles and another entrée. It looked very pleasant, but I went to nearby Rosario’s after my walking tour, and the tour bus driver was amazingly kind enough to pick me up there!
