We stayed with friends in a two bedroom unit. Very comfortable and has everything you would need. Full kitchen with all cooking utensils, plates etc. they provide coffee, water etc. our friend pre-ordered food and they had it in the fridge upon our arrival. Easy to walk to everything. Great staff.

This is a great HOTEL and Resident Club offering lovely rooms as well as rooms with many bedrooms, full kitchen, dining rooms, and living room availability.
As a long time FAIRMONY PRESIDENTS MEMBER I can fully testify that this facility exceed my expectations.
We were greeted by CONCIERGE CANDICE MARTINEZ as we checked in. She was very pleasant and most professional as she checked us into our unit Patio 46.
Parking choices were outside our inside covered, which I thought was a visible extra allowing us to park our own car where we choose.
Valet FRANK was most helpful as our party of three had considerable luggage! (my lovely wife never learns to travel light) We were quickly moved into our two story ,three bathroom , CLUB ROOMS..
The kitchen was very large and had everything, ie ice maker, coffee maker, etc, refrigerator (large) Dishes, glasses , all types, wine cork screws, can openers, etc All I think better than I had at home in Boulder , Co.
Each living room and bedroom had a working gas fired fire place. Since it was below 30 degrees at night this was a very welcome addition.
The beds need special mention. They were super soft and comfortable. With pillows, soft , and one firm for my choice.
All rooms had large TV's, sound systems, etc.
The hotel is easy walking distance to all major churches, top restaurants, the square; and shops galore.

Next time I come to Santa Fe, New Mexico I will stay at the Fairmont.
The office was very accommodating to our every need.

sincerely,

Ed Altman Jr

Room Tip: You need room with out door Patio.

Nice location- central to many things that are popular---Canyon Rd, Plaza, etc. Very helpful staff. Nice amenities from extra towels, tea, coffee, bath supplies, lots of kitchen utensils, humidifier. Small 2nd bedroom. 2 bedroom would be tight with 6 but works with 4 fine.

We "rented" a 2 floor condo with 2 BR & 2 Bath, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, front and back patio, all with daily maid service. For the better weather, they also have an outdoor, gas fire-pit for additional cocktail-hour ambiance. The price was very reasonable per couple, and the entire staff was extremely helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. The facilities were very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious, although accessing the shower controls in the master-bath is somewhat of a challenge prior to entering the shower. If I had one criticism of this facility, it is that there is no humidity control here. Each of the four of us all experienced the effects of this is varying degrees.

Room Tip: Parking spaces are narrow & parking is somewhat limited but they have an adjacent garage.

"rooms" are really lovely apartments and quite spacious. Nicely decorated but not so overdone that you don't feel comfortable. The front desk folks are quite happy to work with you to find you the right room (if you ask early enough) and to help you find numerous things to do. And they have free cookies that actually are quite good. <Grin> They seem knowledgeable about the area and willing to share both tourist and non-tourist info (like the great bagel shop down the street).

Room Tip: The property is much bigger than we realized from our first trip. if you need movement accommodations, be sure to let them know early.
