We found The Grecco Cafe as we were looking for another place. We wandered in and were glancing over the enticing menus. The manager kinky welcomed us and said we could be seated and our order will be taken, meanwhile, he delivered talk cold waters and drinks to us.

Our server has the best warn smile. We asked questions and she did not hurry us. We each ordered different things. The hardest thing was deciding what to order.
I saw Santa Fe Turkey as a sandwich, hot or cold, with regular or sweet potato fries. My husband ordered a quesadilla which is his standard. Our friend orders the beef enchiladas with red and green chili sauce. After I saw the list of roasted veggies; red, yellow and green sweet peppers, artichoke hearts, spinach, and kale I was sold on either a panini or a quesadilla.

I got the quesadilla. Salsa on the side.
We were all happy.

Everyone will find something here. These hard working folks have had this place since the early 1990's.

When we finished we were near the shuttle stop where we were picked up after wandering down the street and relaxing at this friendly place!

As many do, we found this place as we strolled down Canyon Road. We were seated immediately for lunch, as it was early and a very slow day. We had our choice of inside or on the patio, and chose inside as it was particularly hot with no breeze that day. It was cool and comfortable inside.
We tried the chalupas, both beef and chicken. Our friends had the chile relleno. All dishes were delicious and not too large.
The waitress was very attentive and helpful, when asked.
Recommended highly.

Stopped here during our stroll down Canyon Road. Nice outdoor patio for people watching and enjoying great Santa Fe weather. The Stuffed Sopapilla plate was good. Red chile was hotter than any other place we'd eaten at, so this was a plus if you like hot chile. Enjoyed just relaxing and taking in the nice weather and atmosphere.

After a late morning of doing the art crawl on Canyon Road, we decided to eat lunch at one of the quaint restaurants on the winding road. We settled on Caffe Greco, the shady, tranquil patio spoke to us both. They gave us permission to tie up our dog to the table.
Even though it was afternoon, we both decided we would order the breakfast bun, with scrambled eggs, cheese, and ham with hash browns. The price was about $9 which was reasonable. The kitchen was a little slow. My friend got her order in 20 minutes, and my order took at least 35 minutes. The food was good but not anything special. The patio was great.

Stopped by here for lunch on a Saturday. Staff was less than friendly, seating was very limited (about half the place was closed off) but the food was okay.
