Beautiful home! Came well-stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters, firewood, towels etc. Lots of open space to hang out inside, on the deck, by the firepit, in the screen porch. The furniture and decor is gorgeous. We ended up having quite a few more guests than originally planned and paid the difference after the stay with no issues. Friendly management company and would love to return. There is access to the river behind the house, down the road or down a very steep hill. Bring your floats!

A few small cons: The main room and loft brighten with sunrise and will wake all sleepers (but the ample natural light is gorgeous during the day). All sounds echo up to the loft and through the walls to the two bedrooms. There is another rental house just next door and no privacy between.

All in all, a gorgeous and wonderful vacation rental and friendly management company.

The house is new and beautiful. The view to the river is stunning. The owner was fantastic with all aspects. I would love to have access directly from the house to the river rather than use the path.

The cabin was exactly as described. The view of the river and mountains were amazing!! There was plenty of parking. There is a big table by the hot tub with a TV. There was plenty of firewood for cookouts. The only downside and it could be that it just isn't done yet because it is so new, but there is no river access in front of the two upper cabins. It is a challenge to try to get your canoe into water because it is very steep. But with that being said, I would definitely stay again!!
