Chef Wayne and his staff outdo themselves in creating Cajun cuisine. Anything on the menu is authentic Cajun and is just about as good as eating in NOLA.
The fried oysters melt in your mouth after a satisfying crunch of thin fried batter. Crawfish quesadilla is a standard order.
My favorite entree is the chicken etoufee.
It's a small space so it's common to have to wait for a table.
