Was greeted by a guy at first because the hostess was behind the counter eating. She walks up still chewing food to seat us. The absolute worst brunch menu I have ever seen except for their breakfast menu. Service was slow and coffee was lukewarm. Food mediocre. We used to go to the one at Ala Moana for breakfast often and the menu, service and food were always great. Won’t be back ever. If I could give zero stars I would.

You know you're going to pay more in Hawaii than on the Mainland but $66 for breakfast was a bit much. The $125 for dinner was a little rich as well. In both cases we had cocktails that probably added $20-$25 to the overall bill totals.

For the day where we went for breakfast we had the tiramisu pancakes and Grand Marnier french toast. For the evening we went for dinner we had an appetizer of zucchini fritta (slices of zucchini were way too large to enjoy if this was meant to be their version of zucchini fries and they weren't cooked enough - they also only had a marinara sauce to offer with them which was a bit different for us since we are used to ranch dressing or something like it when having similar dishes). The entrees were a scallop and shrimp dish cooked in lemon butter with grape tomatoes and served over garlic toast and a fettucuni Alfredo with shrimp dish. Both were very good. Dessert was a pineapple orange cream delight. The taste reminded of the creamsicles I used to have when I was younger. Again, food was very good, just on the high side.

The restaurant is open air seating (though they do have seating inside) and sits next to a koi pond so that is a nice touch. This restaurant also sits along the walking path (though you would probably need to come onto the grounds to see as it sits a bit back from the beach) that runs parallel to other resorts, so if not staying at the Marriott resort you can still reach it via a short walk from some of the other resorts in the immediate area.

All that being said, the service and food were both very good.

We had dinner here on the patio to watch the sunset. They were nice to take us a bit early. We had the Opakapaka in butter with green grapes “veronique” and the Ahi tuna in a sesame crust. Both were well prepared. The prices are high but you are in an all inclusive resort and in Hawaii I found prices to be fairly high.

We ate here with some friends while visiting Oahu. It’s located inside the Ko’Olina Beach Club so the setting is very nice and open air in parts. There was a Luau going on outside so that was a little loud at times. We ordered one order of crab cakes for an appetizer and split it. They were just OK to me. For dinner we all had the Surf and Turf with Kona lobster and steak. It was excellent. Some of the best steak I’ve had, and I’m from Texas. There were 4 of us, our guests split their entree (so 3 entrees). There were drinks had by - two of us had 2 and the guys each had 1. Our bill was $400. It was a nice dining experience but I don’t know that I would go back for those prices.

Appetizers are average, drinks are expensive, but the service was very good. The Clams and Linguini was very good and enough to split.
