This is about a sunset cruise with Atlantis Majestic. About 10 months ago I did this cruise with them and was extremely disappointed!!! TripAdvisor posted my review.
The general manager got in touch and they were truly remorseful about the evening we had. Asked for feedback and we exchanged emails back and forth.
My partner and I and two friends were travelling to Hawaii again- the general manager wanted to treat the four of us, to experience their hospitality, to make amends for last year!!
I have been humbled by the welcome this company has given us tonight. The staff have been very attentive to us but also those around us.
The bus was on time and very comfortable for the short ride from Waikiki to the port. We had a great host (Sia) on the bus to the wharf, the time flew.
The boarding process was so smooth and timely! The format of the dinner has altered- it's a delicious buffet, frequently replenished and is accessible throughout the cruise. There are 3 decks but you don't feel crowded and are free to move around. Each deck has servers, a bar and a buffet.
All the staff are so friendly and appear to love their job. You really feel they want you to have a fantastic cruise.
I am extremely impressed with this company - they didn't brush off criticism they acted on it. Atlantis has a management team that listens to its customers and honestly values customer satisfaction!!
The sunset dinner cruise runs 7 days a week. Friday nights there's fireworks off Waikiki Beach which are spectacular from the water- book the Atlantis Majestic - you will have a fantastic evening - you really matter to this company!!!
