I didn't stay here. I wanted to. However, I needed a room with two beds and an accessible bathroom for my husband who is in a power chair. Their "accessible" rooms with two bed had a tub. You have to step over the tub. Please tell me how a person who is in a power chair can step over the edge of the tub?? For goodness sakes. So, I made a reservation at the Best Western Plus. They had a room with two beds and a roll in shower. Just what what we needed. And with the money we save, we'll buy more wine. By the way, I sent an email to Marriot asking how they thought an "accessible" bathroom could include a step-over-the-edge tub, but they haven't responded.

Room Tip: Don't expect two beds in an "accessible" room. Marriot doesn't really know how to make a room accessible.

We normally don't stay at too many hotels as my wife has many allergies including bleach. We called ahead and asked if they could not use bleach in our room. Not only were they willing to honor this request, they also washed the towels for our room without bleach. We haven't had that type of amazing service from a hotel before.
From the time that we checked in, to the time we checked out the staff was fantastic. They gave us wonderful recommendations for food and things to do in town.
The beds were perfect. We found ourselves wanting just a few more minutes of sleep just to enjoy the beds.
If you are looking for a great place to stay in Walla Walla, you should check here first.

Though the hotel was clean and modern, the basic features were disappointing.
First, the sheets are cheap. They were so scratchy and uncomfortable it made sleeping difficult.
Second, though the bathroom fixtures looked modern and stylish they didn’t function well. Example- the sink splashed terribly when water was turned on and the shower head was not especially powerful.
Third - the majority of the lights were on a motion sensor type switch. I sat down (on the less than comfortable couch) to relax and watch tv and the lights kept shutting off. Very frustrating and no obvious way to keep it from happening.
I would look elsewhere if visiting town again.

ended up in Walla Walla after a 12 hour drive, quick check in, grabbed our keys and a luggage cart and away we went. the room was very modern, could hear the river / creek outside our window, bed and pillows were perfect! Hot tub was nice as well! Seemed well kept and was in a nice outside area. This was night 1 of a 12 night road trip, so it definitely set a great tone for the trip!

We were in Walla Walla for wine tasting in December (I know, weird month but we had a graduation at WSU). This was a very nice Courtyard in a very good location for wine tasting and enjoying the town. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The food in the restaurant was good---nothing exciting but did the trick. We did enjoy a bottle of wine (we had bough)t by the fireplace which was nice and just had to pay the corkage. All staff at the desk were extremely friendly which we always enjoy.
