This hotel is at the edge of town. We were driving and had no problems finding it. The hotel owners were there to greet us and open the gate and help us park when we arrived. We were checked in quickly and shown to our lovely room. It was two double beds and a nice size bathroom. The room had plenty of space and was very clean. There was a good size closet. The room had bottled water. The restaurant was open until 9pm so we were able to get some dinner after arriving. There aren't any other close restaurants within walking distance. The food was good but a little overpriced. The service was great. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is very quiet because of its location. The grounds are gorgeous. We did an informal foto shoot before leaving. We stayed two nights and I would definitely recommend it. The owner recommended and gave directions to El Ranchito to see the quetzals. So glad we listened and stopped and we did indeed see a quetzal!
