Not the Hilton but more than adequate. AC (when the power is on), good staff, room was fairly clean, at least the shower and bed. Location is excellent, right on the water. WiFi was no good but there is plenty of other WiFi available. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Booked a few nights here for the convenience of being next door to Dolphin Dive, but ended up staying only 1 night. The staff were unfriendly and rarely even on site, the room and grounds run down and neglected, uncomfortable bed.....I could go on.....
The final straw was the roach in the shower, also very unpleasant were the squashed bugs left by previous guests (or maybe the staff?!)
Just for reference, Dolphin Dive was excellent and the best location (for us) was Cocal beach on the other side of the island. And actually the 10 minute walk through the forest to and from the dive center was a highlight of our trip and no inconvenience at all..

Hotel los Delfines is a clean, quiet, quaint hotel very convenient to Dolphin Dive, main street (leeward side) and panga dock and an easy walk to windward side of island. The air conditioning was our main reason for staying there.

Little Corn is a unique, lovely, clean isolated tropical island getaway. To get there, fly into Managua, you then board the short flight to Big Corn. La Costena airlines were very friendly and very helpful especially in allowing us to use their phone to make a local call. But keep in mind they only allow 30lbs. of luggage per person so pack accordingly. If you'll be diving, Dolphin Dive provides complimentary use of ALL equipment including BC's and regulators. Cabs are waiting in Big Corn and cost you $1 pp to the ferry dock.

Be aware that the generator on the island shuts off from around 5am until 2pm daily but we weren't in the room during this time anyway. Rooms are simple and internet is provided although a bit spotty and directly related to whether the generator is on or off. Refreshing showers (note: no hot water) with fresh towels provided daily with the daily maid service. Beach towels and extra pillows were readily available on request.

Pangas ($6pp) run twice daily to Little Corn (fairly prompt, 30 minute trip) and seat 30-40. It rained on the trip over to Little Corn so we covered with the large tarp provided. Hint: place clothing or any items you want to stay dry inside a trash bag before placing in your suitcase or bag. Representatives of the hotel will greet you at the dock and direct you to the hotel.
Hint: Bring small denomination bills. Hotel los Delfines does accept credit cards as does Dolphin Dive but most other restaurants or pangas don’t. They appreciate small bills and a few restaurants on Little Corn won’t cash bills larger than $20.

Hint: Bring ponchos for walking on the island when it rains. Also bring a flashlight for walking from one side of the island to the other at night. Bugs didn’t seem too bad but we had plenty of bug spray on.

We walked the entire island and felt very safe however, they do lock the rooms, dive equipment, and take in all gear and equipment at night.

It's not fancy, but nothing is on this little island (yet). In town and quiet, it's steps away from diving, lots of meal choices and a short walk to the panga. The AC really makes a difference, and when it rains you and your possessions are safe from getting soaked, which can happen in the beach huts on the other side of the island.

Nice rooms set in a tropical garden, good service and a very nice staff. If you are scuba diving then the dive shop is only 3steps away.... I have not taken the meals in the hotel restaurant as there are many nice bars and restaurants full of life nearby. I can only suggest to spend the holidays in this place.
