This cafe is a good choice for a cafe lunch. There is a menu and lots of cabinet food. It all looks tasty. The service is quick and the coffee good and strong. We had a ham and cheese toastie (plenty of ham and good quality bread) and a fritter stack. They don’t have free wi-fi and say instead you should actually talk, and at busy times they won’t do menu substitutions. How refreshing on both counts. Too many diners are far too picky. Chefs put dishes together in a particular way for a reason. If you don’t like it, go somewhere else.
