We stayed a week with this amazing Italian family. The host Maria was a warm hearted mother who took care of us like her own family. Maria spoke good English and helped us to plan our daily itineraries. She also gave us a cooking lesson of the vegetables from her garden.

The rooms were really cosy with a local style decoration and very good amenities. We were travelling with a small baby and she arranged a baby cot for us. In many other Italian B&Bs breakfast is just coffee and a croissant, but here every breakfast was a feast of many local sweet and savory treats. Location was great since we could easily do many day trips to Amalfi coast, Sorrento, Capri and Pompeii with a car. In the evenings, we parked the car in their gated garden and walked to some great neighborhood restaurants.

This is an absolutely great place to stay if you want to visit different places and feel like at home. We will go back if we visit the area again.

I have been in Italy several times, this time we wanted to stay in B&B. What a good choice I have made. It was fantastic. Our room was pink room, it had a big balcony, and at the same very spacious. It was a family run place. Maria who is the mother was a very polite and helpful landlady. Her daughter and son were also very helpful. As being Turkish we are very fond of breakfast and European style often does not fit to us, but the breakfast here was very satisfying, there was a cake with almond and chocolate of which the taste was so amazing so I have to get the recipe from them. I strongly recommend this hotel. One more thing parking facility is free. Thanks to Maria and her family as they have made our holiday very comfortable.

What can I say, greeted by hosts on arrival with fresh lemon juice from their trees. We stayed in the pink room which is the best available with its own private terrace and sun loungers. Comfortable bed and maid service every day. Tv in room all Italian channels though. Great aircon and plenty of wardrobe space along with a mini fridge. We booked this place by email and was so easy. It has its own electric gate and you get your own blipper to come and go as you please. Off road parking is a plus but don't bring a large car as entrance road is a bit tight especially to make a turn into property. Breakfasts are a treat in the morning with so much fresh fruit and pastries. The owners even cooked scrambled eggs (their own) and bite sized ham and cheese toasties. Fresh melon and yoghurts are also available along with freshly squeezed Orange Juice and Coffee. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

Wonderful place and hosts. Family owned b&b, very friendly. We found it due to great reviews on here. We requested pink room. Lovely, spacious and even its own sun terrance for relaxing in the gorgeous weather. Air condioning if required. Beds made daily and plenty of clean towels and hot water. Views from front terrece down to the sea. Walking distance to some great restaurants and the centre of Piano. Also able to walk to the local lift down to waters edge. Only 3 rooms and very friendly guests when we stayed. My husband and I walked into Sorrento and back. Not for faint hearted due to lack of sidewalk and crazy drivers but we survived. Plus side of walking is not having to deal with parking. You also feel less guilty about enjoying amazing pizza and ice cream. B&b has great secure parking and beautiful gardens which seem to supply most of the fresh produce serves at breakfast. Breakfast is from 730 til 11 so able to eat early if out for day or enjoy a leisurely start if you can. Lovely homemade cakes, breads and preserves. Fresh fruit picked from their trees. Sliced meats and cheeses. A special mention to Antonio who has fabulous knowledge of area and was able to guide us in right direction, when required. Probably more residential area than I expected however the ability to walk everywhere turned this into a benefit. Can see why do many people return

Villa Maresca is my favorite place on earth!!! Twice I've been there in the last year! Seven of us gals spent ten days there last May with Maresca daughter Federica, our superior tour guide and son Antonio as one of our drivers. However it was hard to leave the villa each day, so gorgeous and peaceful, with the best breakfasts on the planet, featuring freshly picked food from the gardens. With Federica's thorough planning, we discovered why the magnificent Sorrentine Peninsula is perhaps the most beautiful place on earth!!! Cannot wait to get back there...hopefully SOON!!!

Room Tip: I've stayed in each of the three suites and love them all...absolutely no preference!!!
