Arrived here at lunchtime following a recommendation to find it shut. '10 minutes ' we were told....but it was obviously Italian 10 minutes!!!
On entering we found that the owner had obviously been told that we were waiting and had set a table for two by the window.
We both had 2 courses. I am vegetarian so the owner ensured that my bruschetta had appropriate toppings. The ricotta ravioli with sage butter was delicious. Husband had pasta which he said was very light then Tuscan sausages which went down very nicely with some local Chianti.
By the time we left there were quite a few locals in enjoying their lunch.
Service is very relaxed so don't expect fast food and a quick lunch, which was perfect for us
Owner speaks a little English
This is very much off the beaten track and not easy to find, but will definitely eat here again
