We made a perfect roadmap to explore Tuscany. We stayed at heart of Tuscany, close to small village as Gaiole, Castellin, Rada, Greve.
The hotel reflects the soul of that region.
Good rooms, breakfast..
Restaurant has a correct menu and the service is ok, not lovely or helpfully.

Went here for 2 nights. It was in a great location, close to multiple wineries and cute little villages. Beautiful hotel met some nice people during our stay but the wifi was not good and the tv was limited to a few news channels.....THATS IT!
Free breakfast in the am.

Room Tip: Poor wifi in rooms?

Dear,
thank you very much for your kindly words. We appreciate them. About the wi-fi, there was a little problem caused by a storm, quckly resolved. The tv: we are always looking to give you a choice of international channels. Sometimes the satellite could not find everything.

Hoping to welcome you back as our pleasant guest,

We had a really good few days here, while taking part in L'Eroica. The location was lovely and the hotel had been nicely converted from a former mill. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good. Our room was comfortable and felt typically Italian but the lighting, and the sound insulation provided by the interconnecting door, could have been better. Having tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been good.

A very quaint, but extremely rustic hotel located in a very secluded, wooded setting. The dark stone and brick interior lacks a feeling of warmth, however the décor is lovely, and our suite was extremely quiet and lent itself to a good nights rest. I agree with another contributor that the grounds could have been manicured a bit more. and the room furnishings could use some updating. The staff could not have been more wonderful. Serena, Stefano & Zuzana went beyond the call of duty to assist us in our travels, and to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and dinner in the restaurant was lovely and delicious. Made day trips to Radda, Greve, and San Gigminano, all were beautiful to see. Be sure to visit Casalvento Vineyard for a great wine tasting.
