We enjoyed an outdoor lunch with a wonderful view over the vineyards and the olive trees. Wines from their own vineyards and a fine selection from the Priorat. Two degustation menus, colourful and full of small delightful surprises.

The food was good but we did not find it extraordinary. In the evening, the restaurant opened only from9 PM, which we found late. The food was good, the wines acceptable but it lacked a good vibe. It was professional, efficient staff, but i found that the atmosphere was missing. The bill was on the high side.
The parking is a bit away from the restaurant: in the evening, this was not great and we then parked in front of the restaurant door.

You drive up into the hills and have a short, steep walk from the car park up to the restaurant. Although slightly windy, it was a fine day and we sat outside - being British, we sieze every opportunity. This was our fifth visit over the years and is always one of the highlights of our week in Catalonia.
I won't wibble on dish-by-dish, it suffices to say that this was one of the three or four best meals I've ever had. At £41 a head including wine it was absurd value, we'd have happily paid much more.
The flavours and combinations of flavours are outstanding. Please take my word for it and go, you'll not be disappointed, rather you'll be delighted.

We had a fabulous lunch at this restaurant that had stunning vistas. The set menu was perfectly proportioned with a variety of dishes that were both innovative and delicious. The salad course was especially notable with fresh and freeze dried figs, goat cheese (ice cream?!) and a variety of textures and tastes. Wow! Other dishes included mushroom croquettes, beet and blue cheese cones, tostadas and a main course of roasted lamb. The desert was also surprising and unique. Everyone in our party cleared their plates! It was a beautiful meal in a picturesque setting. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon meeting of good friends.

We had a wonderful experience here, highly recommend it; food, service, atmosphere- TOP!!
