Much of our complaints could have been avoided if 'cancelled services' were known beforehand, ditto for suggesting prior bookings for High Demand areas.

Taking safety measures
Very much enjoyed our short stay at Chateau Elan. The One Bedroom apartment was spacious and very relaxing overlooking the golf course. Close proximity to quality wineries and eateries. Very clean rooms and friendly service.

Great food great stay close to breweries and wineries..
We were kept busy the whole time we were there between tennis, golf, breweries and the pool. Room always kept in clean and tidy space

Walls were dirty, shower leaked, bed had a massive hump in the middle then separated because they joined two singles together, no minibar, no room service and never got to even use the spa because everything was booked out, told me that I needed to have booked three weeks earlier. Would not recommend. I have made a complaint and have heard nothing back.
Great location. The smell coming from the drain in the bath room was terrible and we had to leave our doors open all weekend to tolerate staying in the room. The reception staff were very non plussed about it when i advised them that we had a strong smell in the room.
