“Pleasent evening ”

Batu Ferringhi Night Market
Attraction details
Reviewed 2 weeks ago via mobile

Easy access to most hotels.
At 20:00hrs some stalls were only just setting up.
Usual local trinkets and clothing and copy goods.
Everyone friendly. Welcoming to a friendly bargaining.
Pleasent evening as not crowded as other night markets so easy to look.
Same same but not always different

Thank jerseyAlison

Loads of stuff on offer for reasonable prices, of course you’ll have to barter hard but that’s the fun bit. I grabbed some hand bags for around $12.00 AUD each.

We took a Grab from Georgetown, as the locals recommended this place. There is about a km of stores lined up along the road. However, it is disappointing as after a few stores, the rest of the walk was just duplicates of the first few stores, selling the same goods. We hardly come across any stores selling anything that stand out amongst the rest. A wasted trip.
There is, however, a cosy Starbucks cafe at the beach, at the end of the stretch of bazaar stores.
