my daughter got great vacation on this hotel. she love the pool very much. Open in the early of 0730am until 0730pm. The reception very fast response. The pool side in charges very polite and friendly. Their doing their job very well. Hope will get another cheapest price for next stay.. thank you BayviewMore

Pros: great hospitality, rooms are clean, the staff were friendly.. liked the traditional massage they offered... value for money (the rooms).. the pool wAs beautiful and clean.. compliments to the bartenders at kelapa bar..sufficient parking...
Cons: told them i was there to celebrate my son’s bday but they did nothing.. what i was really disappointed was the breakfast as we paid for it.. and it was not buffet.. u have to order as ala carte.. if you want more like side orders u have to pay for it.. totally rip off that part and to add the taste was so so oni.. if I knew i wldnt pay for the breakfast and gone out to nearby restaurants for breakfast which I am sure would taste much better or even McDonalds.. owh definitely beware of the crows who will snatch your food...

We regret that we are still not allowed to serve buffets yet, therefore we have 2 choices of either Western or Asian set with additional side orders which are chargeable. Further to your disappointment regarding your son's birthday there will be additional charges incurred.
Booked a 2 night stay on Agoda for a quiet family time to relax and unwind. We specifically chose this hotel as it is well known for its hospitality and amenities. What we were unaware was that the rooms were heavily promoted elsewhere at rock bottom prices for stay until the end of the year.
The sheer number of people surprised us as we could hardly even find a place to park, some guests even had to park by the roadside.
As for the ameneties, the pool was overcrowded, especially the kids pool. We were quite surprised to find a rolled up diaper left at the side of the pool.
The breakfast buffet spread was made unavailable (which I think is the right decision by the management), but the quality of the ala-carte food should be improved. Cold sausage and scrambled eggs is not what one would expect to be served at such an establishment.
The staff however did live up to expectations as they were professional and helpful at all times.

Further to your comments on the crowded swimming pool, our team at all times tried their best to assert strict pool
standard operating procedures which can be a challenging task with errant guests at odd times.

We were on short birthday celebration, and the stay is all worth it. The room was super nice and comfy. The SUNSET view from the room simply awesome!
