Had wonderful time at the hotel and one of the main reasons is The Spacation. The girls were very good! I took the 50% off if you purchase 5 treatments minimum. It is so worth it. Highly recommended! Thank you The Spacation!

The buffet is very nice...the food was delicious..For the first time i saw seafood in buffet for ramadhan..its very satisfying ...especially the cendol cheese Deserts so tasty..credit to Chef Haziq....its so good..

The room is aged, the bathrobe never been provided for the first night and after complaining then only supply for the second night. the breakfast totally not worth the money because there is too little choice and awful taste except the coffee is acceptable level only

I have to give my due appreciation to the F&B team and chefs of DoubleTree Resort for an excellent job done.
We brought a large group of 135 food enthusiasts from our food review page for their Ramadhan Buffet last Sunday.
I must say the team went all out to make sure that the buffet spread was so impressive. With Seafood On Ice, Live Grill Section, Noodles Station, Desserts and Drinks all included.
Special mention to Ms Divya from the Sales team who coordinated the dinner arrangements and to Mr Sashi for leading the F&B team to serve us so well!

The hotel is located before the Batu Ferringhi beach and it is at the Miami beach which is the quiet side. If you do not have transport, it could be a slight issue as not convenience shops in walking distance. You may need to call taxi or Grab.
The room is clean and well-kept. Room is with balcony and it is partial seaview. They are room with full seaview but is more expensive.
The design is modern and stylish, with many power sockets in the room room. It is thoughtful to have night lamps for those not like to sleep in the dark.
The welcome cookies is nice, the pool is nice too and quiet. There is a link bridge to the Miami Beach from the hotel and it is open from 7am and 7pm. The covered carpark is charged RM3 per day for multiple entries.
