I am so glad I found La Maison des Ocres! We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Check in was a breeze, we were helped with our luggage to our room, and there is validated parking right across the street. The room was very large by European standards, and the bathroom gigantic and modern. Beautiful view from our room too, and my kids LOVED the pool that was open late at night! Everyone that worked there that we met (both day and night shift) was kind and helpful, and went out of their way for us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

They kept bugging us during our trip prior to arrival & during our stay to get our booking straight without reason; if they did have a question, they were required to go through our booking company, not us. Dominique kept bugging us & took a lot of unnecessary time & had our room searched! She is quite aloof The manager or owner was very mean too for no reason. Stay away from these people. Also it's a tough place w luggage-- no lift, no help, & high stairs. The breakfast is overpriced & skimpy Best to eat at a local cafe.

Room Tip: There aren't any good rooms as far as we could tell. Watch out for the bugs!

Hello, we reserved this hotel with Expedia.ca for our one night stay. The check-in and check-out was done without any problem. You can park your car in front of the hotel for the time you unload your luggages and park in a parking lot with parking meter on the other site of the street. The hotel is all renovated since last year (2016), our room was large, we were 3 adults. Bathroom also big and very clean. They have a beautiful pool on the other side of the street. The breakfast in the morning was 12€/pers. It was good and fresh. From were the hotel is situated, it is easy to walk to the centre of town and also the Sentier des Ocres. So, do not loose time to go there with your car and park. The restaurants are also in the middle of town, about a 10 minutes walk. Really, I would go back there for a longer stay. We had a very good experience. Enjoy!

This is a lovely hotel with perfect family rooms which includes a nice terrace. We are traveling with our 7 & 9 year old boys. We appreciated the air conditioning during after a hot day of traveling. It is easy to access with free parking and a 5 minute walk to the local square. The staff is very friendly.

We stayed two nights at La Maison des Ocres at room 32. The owner kindly let us choose between a larger room and balcony, or a smaller room and terrace. We chose the latter one because of the spectacular 180 degree views to the valley. Hotel is situated conveniently very close to Roussillon village. They serve a very nice buffet breakfast with cheese, sausages, yoghurt and fruit. Wifi was working well at the lobby but not at the room, however, they were in the process of fixing it. Room was very clean and it was quiet with the exception of some sounds of the water pipes. Warmly recommended!

Room Tip: Room 32 for beautiful views over the valley.
