Five star service. Water park was a great addition. The hire car company in the hotel was brilliant and gave advice on best places to park and visit. We enjoyed the food and bar drinks were good. Recommend the hotel.

I will start with the limited positives, very nice resort with nice large rooms, good gardens and an excellent waterpark.

Now the negatives, we all suffered from some form of illness or food poisoning, in a two week period there was 5 days when someone in my family of 4 was not being sick. The food is always cold, but to be fair it is varied, the drink is awful - the beer is disgusting and you can drink the spirits all day long and not feel even remotely tipsy. All drinks are serve yourself, don't expect any form of waiter service. The pools are freezing except the baby pool. The lobby becomes a mass of people just hanging around later in the evening as there is no entertainment.

If you want a 5 star holiday that is similar money go to the lopesan Baobab like I did the year before. Its half board but the drinks are proper drinks, not watered down rubbish.

Regardless whether we agree with the points raised, we would like to apologize that there were certain issues that caused dissatisfaction with your stay. Rest assured that we truly value our guest’s opinions and we offer our sincerest apologies for the disappointment you experienced.

As you can surely attest, we consistently receive excellent feedback; however, it is very important to us to thoroughly review less positive comments to further improve the product and services of our hotel as it is our aim to provide the best guest service and to continuously improve ourselves.

That being said, we do feel that your review is a bit harsh especially considering both the overall satisfaction and praise that we typically receive from our guests. More particularly we feel it is unfair to our bar and service staff that you report that they do not offer any form of service. Our staff consistently receive the highest scores for their professionalism, friendliness and customer service satisfaction. More often than not, they even know the drinks preferred by guests and have them prepared and ready for guests without the need of ordering. With regard to the illness you report to have suffered during your holiday, we are certain that this did not stem from the food on offer. Our hotel is accredited with the TUV Austria ISO22000 certificate, which is granted only to those hotels adhering to the highest processes, standards and protocols of food safety in the hotel industry. Finally, as regards the evening entertainment program, there are on average 5 nightly shows on beginning at 19h00 on the main stage and the lobby bar is a great place for guests to convene prior to heading out to the shows or dinner in the evening.

We would also like to stress that should any dissatisfaction get reported whilst in the resort then we have the chance to address them and improve your holiday experience. The hotel is extremely good at following up and resolving such issues on the spot and we feel saddened that none of your grievances were brought to our attention prior to your departure.

We hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again in the near future and let us regain your confidence in the quality of our service, products and facilities. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need our assistance with your next booking.

This hotel is amazing in every way....we went back in July/August 2017 for the second time and had a fantastic holiday again. The staff cannot do enough for you to make it the perfect holiday, from the moment you arrive you are greeted by the always smiling and happy reception team. The bar staff are wonderful they even remember your drink so you do not even have to ask for it, they are ever so attentive and constantly check you have a drink and if empty make you another one straight away. Thank you to Nikos for making my dream come true letting me make my own drink, see you in 2018! The hotel grounds are kept spotless so hats off and a big thank you to the pool guys and gardeners who keep is so tidy and how they work all day in the heat is amazing. The food is always hot and constantly being changed and the entire dining area is kept very clean, there is so much choice even the fussiest person would find something. The waitresses are always happy and genuinely interested in your day and made a super effort with our daughter Jess who so looked forward to seeing Jessie and Siderella . The entertainment staff did a fantastic job this year, we really loved the "Super Star DJ" show, the best evening entertainment show I have seen at any hotel ever, just hope they do it again in 2018. The Management fireworks night was spectacular and nice to have on holiday in the heat rather than on a cold dreary night back in England.

We would love to list every member of staffs’ name as every single one of them made the holiday perfect in every way, but I can’t as there is not enough room so thank you to each and every member of staff we cannot thank you enough for all you did for us, you are all amazing.

A special thank you to some we have become friends with over the two visits... A big thank you to Slavena and Kremena for the great service at the swim up pool bar, Siva at the pool bar for being so funny and mad :) Jessie and Sideralla in the restaurant for being so kind to us and for making Jess' holiday so special, Litsa for all you and your team did for us again, you are truly amazing and we thank you so much. Georgos in the restaurant his food is amazing and he cooks the best pasta dish I have ever had and can’t wait to eat it again. Katerina guest relations manageress for everything she did for us, nothing was too much trouble and we look forward to a day out with you in 2018 :) A big thank you to Andreas for running such a well presented, amazing hotel; your staff are a true asset to you in every way, say thank you from Jim Carey for me :) Mr Kanis for giviing us the best holiday ever; your entire team are outstanding we cannot find any faults at all this is why we booked to come back for a third year running in 2018 (we booked 3 days after arriving home in 2017!). I travelled with my husband and 5 year old son and can't wait to return!!

Rooms are to a very high standard and very well serviced by the cleaners! The pools are amazing and there is a kids heated pool. We had a swim up pool which we loved and made good use of, only downside is that it wasn't heated!!

Food was of the highest standard I've experienced on any holiday in the Balerics, Canaries, Cyprus or Greece!!! The drinks were very good and you can order cocktails as well as bubbly!!

The entertainment was that of cruise ship standard and not like the usual chessy dross you normally get!!

Can't actually recommend this hotel enough. We have very high expectations and this hotel exceeded them in every way.

We will be back!!!!

Room Tip: For swim up room chose block G if you would like some peace and quiet and sun all day.

We chose this hotel after having been 4 years in a wonderful hotel in Turkey. We were afraid to be deceived but NOT AT ALL!
Nice rooms. Several of them have their own pool. very beautiful and well-kept gardens. Easy to find a place to seat everywhere. Very good and varied buffet + more specific restaurants "à la carte".
Beautiful installation of toboggans for children and young people. Several pools for any ability and a paradise for the children and their parents. Also a very nice beach.
Attentive and very kind staff always ready to help you.
Just refresh the decoration of the main restaurant and the toilets next to the restaurant.

Room Tip: Avoid the room above the technical area (near the parking) because of the noise of the machinery.
