Came here for a nice dinner and I wasn't disappointed. It's in the little square in Atrani. We had lunch in this square earlier and I wasn't impressed so I was hesitant to make a reservation in the same area for dinner, but I'm glad I did. The host addressed me by name when we came because she remembered my face from earlier in the day when I made the reservation. We ordered the octopus and mozzarella for antipasto, shared a pasta dish- rigatoni with a smoked cheese sauce. Each had catch of the day - sea bass prepared simply with oil and mint and then mine with potatoes and a lemon fennel cream sauce. SO GOOD. And everything tasted so fresh.

This cozy restaurant offers wonderful, fresh seafood dishes. But even better are the kind and attentive family who own and run it.

We went to Ristorante Savo by chance although the cozy atmosphere we could see from the outside attracted us immediately.
Carla is a great host and together with her family, the restaurant serves a delicious homemade menu where each dish is a journey.
the relation price vs quality was great and the Lemon Tiramisu... OMG!!! you'll cry for more.
but I must say, the best of wall is the way Carla and her team welcomes people and look after you. she runs between tables like crazy making sure that everyone is happy and nothing is missing on the table. one of her sons works with her sorting out the tables while the other son and husband are preparing this amazing dishes so is like being a guest at her own house.
she does it with love and passion and you can taste it in your dishes :)
well done to Ristorante Savo team. keep the good work and amazing hosting skills

We (four Australians) stayed in Atrani for three nights and after a massive dinner at Savo on our first night, we regretted not staying longer. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. Wonderful, friendly people that clearly took a lot of pride in their family business. We couldn't resist having dinner there again on our third night. They ended up having to prepare a table big enough for six because of the amount of food we ordered. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We knew that this would be a great meal because the traveladvisor ratings were awesome. Among many great meals, this was one of the most outstanding meals we had during our stay here in Italy. The chef (Gerardo) and family (Carla wife) do a great job of making you feel at home, The ingredients were freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. Of course, they had ultra-fresh seafood. If you are in Amalfi or Atrani, you must dine here! The service is exceptional.
