Description: Located in one of most scenic spots of the coast. This name brings to mind beautiful floral scents and hints ancient. In 2015 and was the start of our project to make this wine bar a small restaurant where revive traditional cuisine, closely linked to the territory; a cuisine made of simple things, but not trivial, strictly fresh ingredients, genuine and mostly seasonal. The menu of fresh seafood, fresh pasta, buffalo mozzarella, salads, grilled meats and vegetables, make this one of the most popular restaurants in the area. Since we are also the best wines Italian, to live up to our vocation of wine bar.

We stayed in Furore for 5 days and visited twice. The owner and waitress were very accommodating and the food was some of the best we had for our two week stay in Italy. I would highly recommend Furore and Bianca Zita, especially if you are looking for a romantic dinner with perfect host.

We dined here twice during our stay in wonderful Furore and were absolutely blown away by every element of our dinners.Warm & welcoming, attractive decor and great service all contributed but the food was amazing - small menu but the freshest ingredients prepared with skill to ensure maximum flavours. From the Buffalo mozzarella, mussels in pepper, steak, fritto misto every dish was exceptional and Vito (chef and owner) delighted in helping us with our wine selection. Absolutely top notch !!!!!!

On our way back to rome from amalfi we got hungry and looked for an open restaurant. Somehow We found ourselves in bianca zita in furore, having the best meal we had in italy.
The meat eaters had each a perfect big stake, our older daughter (20) stating it is the best steak she has ever had. I had a wonderfully home made pasta in fresh and delicate cherry tomatoes sauce. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The sheff came out and personally served us with very tasty sea food fritters and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming, even when they heard we're israelies which, after a week in italy, we don't take forgranted.
We recommend highly an experience like we had at bianca zita and would surely come back when in the area.

We came in here a couple of weeks ago and the owners were really very friendly and serve with a huge smile. It wasn't necessarily perfect, possibly much of what we were used to. The owner was v keen to choose the wine for us himself off the back of asking red or white - that was ok and made a nice change. The wine was pretty good and around 28Euros which was fine with us I guess, but not sure everyone would like not knowing the wine or price to be charged. We both had a starter - mine was anchovies - these cam out with about 8 or 9 laid out on a plate - bit odd and didn't feel I received value, my wife veggie, and we both had a pasta dish afterwards, my wife pasta + tomatoes and me pasta, monkfish. They did a strange thing (imo) and brought out my wife's dish out split in two portions for each of us, but then when mine came out in two portions for each of us it was clearer what they had done, nice idea I suppose but no good for my veggie wife. So I ate 3/4 of the total food. In hindsight we should have said something initially but the lady's English / our Italian was so poor... The food was pretty good, it is a nice little restaurant, the atmosphere is good (much of the back of Tripadvisor's seemingly generous reviews no doubt). All in all, for me, I thought it was decent (the main courses were cooked freshly) but perhaps not doing enough for a higher mark. Had better meals and value for money elsewhere in Amalfi Coast

Good morning Mr. Matt101,
often the lack of understanding of language can affect something.
We felt let you taste both dishes believing you would please, just because we had not realized that his wife was a vegetarian.
We regret the inconvenience and if it were to return in Furore, close to us as our guest and we will make you a pleasant evening by serving individual dishes and mainly suitable for his lady.
Thanks anyway for your review and I cordially greet you.

Four of us got a late booking here when we were staying close by. We were very grateful for our host Emilio (at the nearby, brilliant, Solaria B&B) who drove us to Bianca Zita.
It's a small restaurant (and bar) with very good food and very friendly service - even though at times it was a bit eccentric, but that all added to the fun. One dish never arrived and we never quite knew why, but two dishes we didn't order arrived on the house (both which were excellent, by the way). The fish is the freshest and that means the menu can vary to accommodate that. That was all fine with us.
The fried, battered anchovies were delicate and sweet. The mussels cooked in sea water and white pepper were excellent too and we were all given a lovely dish of spaghetti with baby clams, which was thrown-in on the house, whilst we were waiting for mains.
What I took to be Red Sea Bream (locally called Pezzogna) and melt-in-the-mouth steaks were our mains and they were all beautifully cooked.
To top it all, the chef appeared at the end of our meal, still in his chef's whites, to drive us back to our B&B.
Can't say I've ever had Gordon Ramsey do that !

Dear guests, we remember very well of you. Wonderful people and very nice people that have made us an evening of good humor.
Thanks for the kind words and we hope to see you here in Furore.

I remember singing out loud "Volare" throughout the car journey to the B & B Solaria.
