You don't get more central than this. Some rooms view the central square, but you can get a more "quiet" room fronting the back (which is not a great view, but that's up to you to decide).
For a three star I think we got a lot for the money. A spacious and clean room, nice bathroom, lots of channels (many languages) on the TV.
I also found the service from the reception very good and friendly.
Beware if you've got a hard time walking narrow and steep stairs. Elderly people might find this both tedious and hard, if you're on the top floors. I didn't see any elevators.... but on the other hand didn't look for them.
Not of importance on this stay, but there's no A/C. But every (?) room has a fan. At least something if there's a heatwave.
Breakfast wasn't included. We had it anyway (around 9 Euro), which wasn't really the fanciest breakfast I've seen. I also missed having a cappucino on the "menu".
