First time we've eaten at Hornsea golf club, when we heard it was open to the public we thought we'd give it a try. Whilst it's not a huge menu there was a good choice at reasonable prices and good portions. Between our party we had each of the starters, which were delicious, for the main course we all chose the lamb with fresh vegitables and the best roast potatoes I have had in years. We will definately be back

My work rented out a room at the Hornsea Golf Club. It was a buffet style meal that was served. The rice that was served was so delicious. It was a little spicy (not overbearing) with a hint of cinnamon. It was fantastic. There was something for everyone. We had a vegan in our group, too. She loved the rice and selection of veggies.

The staff were friendly, the room they had us in was spacious, it was a great night.

A little gem of a course with a great clubhouse, excellent pro shop and a test for every level of ability.

Great layout, some challenging holes and well manicured but testing greens.

Had expected much of this course and whilst it is kept in good condition the makeup of the holes was rather bland. Far too many were like each other. Tree lined fairways one after another. It felt rather cramped in places with tee boxes being very close to greens. It is not an excessively difficult course except I suspect when the wind gets up. Staff friendly. If you are nearby then worth a visit but not if you have to travel. I much prefer the Scarborough courses
