“Well equipped and spacious”
Reviewed 4 October 2014 for a stay in October 2014

I booked the coach house for a weekend stay during Broadstairs Food Festival. It is well equipped with an enormous shower (wet) room. Ideal for two with plenty of space although the double bed is a snug fit in the bedroom (not a major problem) Being just round the back of Albion Street it is ideally placed, near the beach, a few minutes walk from Victoria Gardens (where the food festival was held) and close to plenty of places to eat and drink. Parking is in a public car park that is less than a minute walk away, or on street for free if you're lucky enough to find a space.
Would I stay here again? Most definitely yes.

My girlfriend and I have just returned from a 3 night break staying here and we absolutely loved it! It's actually our second time staying at this accommodation and cannot recommend it enough. The decor is modern with loads of privacy. It's a hidden gem tucked away at the heart of where it all happens in this beautiful seaside town.... The place holds a lot of memories for us and on the recent trip I proposed to my girlfriend and to my delight she said YES!!!
We will definitely be booking to stay at this beautiful accommodation in the near future!

“Did not want to leave!”

I had planned a weekend away for myself and my girlfriend just to relax and to "do nothing" because we had been so busy recently.

The property itself is beautiful. It has everything you need for a self catering break with a good size kitchen, living area and dining area, all decorated to a seaside theme that suits the style of the house.
The real gem was the hay loft bedroom upstairs with great natural lighting as well as the wet room ensuite. The bed was very comfortable and everything was immaculately clean.
The size wasn't huge but cosy more than enough for the two of us.
Even the owners and the family run restaurant the property backed onto were both friendly and helpful and respected privacy which was perfect.
The only real downside was the garden area at the front but this is easily solved by the location, which is literally two minutes from the beach and a stones throw from the local bars/restaurants.
We didn't get the chance to eat at Aqua 43 unfortunately, mainly due to the fact that both days we were up and out of the property quite early before it opened, but we shall definately be staying again soon so it on the list.

Overall, if you are looking for a weekend break and you live in the area than look no further.
