“Comfortable, well-equipped split-level flat in convenient location”

This is a really well-presented flat on two levels (1st and 2nd floors). It is bright and spacious, with the sitting room and main bedroom at the front and the kitchen, smaller bedroom and bathroom at the back. The beds were really comfy and there was plenty of storage. The flat faces onto Albion Street, really close to the Viking Bay beach, restaurants and shops, but slightly set back from the road. It was a bit noisy at the weekend as the pubs emptied out, but fine the rest of the time. The parking space is a huge advantage. The flat sleeps four comfortably, and also has a sofa bed, which a friend of ours slept on for a night and said was very comfortable. Bedding for the sofa bed is available in the flat without prior notification. All in all, this is a great flat and really close to the beach.

Lovely place to stay. Comfortable, attractive flat, with good facilities for the family. Quiet, safe, and very close to the beach and the town centre. When I had any questions, the owners were always friendly and helpful. Much better than I expected!

Really enjoyed our stay here . Perfect for our three year old and two teenage boys. A stones throw away from the beach and Broadstairs restaurants and pubs. Lovely décor , a home from home.

“Perfect location”

This apartment is exactly as the pictures show. Lovely decor and very clean. The location is perfect, right on Albion street and a 2 min walk to the beach, a blessing when you have two young children in tow. Also you are right on top of all the restaurants and shops you might need. I have stayed in a different apt in Albion St before and found it to be noisy so was a little concerned this might be the case again but this apt was absolutely fine as the windows and blindsare of a good standard. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Broadstairs. Thank you!

“Lovely apartment”
Reviewed 3 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We had an excellent stay at this apartment with our family. Really well equipped and nicely furnished. Excellent location right in the centre of the town and very close to the beach. Could be quite noisy late evening with people from the pubs but wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
