This a quiet restaurant and something of a hidden gem between Rochester and Chatham's High Street (but closer to Chatham). The food is great and very reasonably priced with a lovely, relaxing ambience. Certainly a 'must visit' here.

That I've eaten twice at the Frog since Friday evening says it all... Excellent food at reasonable prices - smoked salmon salad with herbed cream, poached egg and garlic croutons and then a slow-cooked mutton roast with local vegetables and a stout and rosemary gravy today.

Mélanie and Cyril are great hosts and keep their beers like absolute pros. A new regular haunt on an often-forgotten end of Rochester High Street. Good to note there's parking close by as well if the walk is a bit too much for some.

Opened just before Christmas, this fantastic new micro pub and resturant is the place to go.
Have been a few times now inc the opening day. Lots of Kent Ales from local producers served by Cyril. Wine, soft drinks and tea/coffee available too. Food made by chef Mel. Both French and Fab ! Not the biggest place in the world but perfect. Such an atmostphere :-) People talking and sharing an evening/afternoon out (even if you go on your own).Prices good and food to die for. Great rustic wooden furniture inside and a small outside area out the back. Local music too some nights. Up on St Margarets Banks so no rush of traffic roaring past. You can see the river from their window. If you are fed up with 'just going to the pub' then go find this place. I dont think you will be disapointed :-)

Love it here! Lovely people and super helpful - even when catering for a gluten free, vegetarian fusspot like me!

The food is just fantastic, good range of local ales and ciders and a lovely, welcoming interior. Been visiting them for crepes at Rochester Farmer's Market for a long time so it's nice to see them expanding.

Honestly cannot fault the place - if you haven't visited yet then why not?! :)

Kent In Crepe is a wonderful crepe stall which features at most Rochester Farmers Markets as well as a number of other local food festivals. My boyfriend and I, as well as most of our friends, have enjoyed the delicious crepes cooked up by Kent in Crepe.

Please do not confuse them with the premises Crepe and Co by the cathedral - they are not the same by a million miles!

Melanie, the lady at the heart of Kent in Crepe, is a wonderful chef with great experience and innovative ideas. Her flavour combinations are out of this world, especially for the savoury crepes. The homemade salted butter caramel, and chilli caramel are always a delight, and most of all, the friendly faces make it!

There's not much else that can get me up on a Sunday morning, but if I know the farmer's market is on and Kent In Crepe are there, you can bet I'll be racing down there.

It's a real shame that people are confusing this fantastic company with another - please check the name before leaving your review!
