The meal we had was superb! I had the hand collected scallops which were beautifully cooked, and the the fillet of Aberdeen Angus beef. The service was 5 star, including the fact that one was a trainee which was made known to us. The bar/restaurant manager, James, could not be faulted - polite, efficient and respected our privacy to enjoy our meal. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, the restaurant is well worth the journey to get there.
