Such a cute castle. It’s not very big and it’s mostly ruins but it’s still magical. If you go up to the top, there is a camera that lets you see everything around you for miles. Castle even has a little restaurant. Didn’t get to try it but I’ve heard amazing things.

This small castle is a delightful surprise/ Be sure to see the interpretive film in a “basement” section. The views are nice and the history is well presented.

While the castle itself is a ruin, it’s still really nice! It’s huge with lots to explore and the views are amazing! You can even take you dog which is always a good idea to me! There is a small restaurant next to it that has great german food and really nice indoor and outdoor seating with water for your dog!

We recently moved to Germany and this is the first castle on the list to visit. Beautiful views of the village below, military is free, and the staff is friendly. Pretty cool to walk around and see something so old with such history.
