We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights away, staying in the houseboat, amongst the trees. I thought it may have been hot, as no windows or screens, but the overhead fan was enough to keep us cool after we closed the doors at night,Especially enjoyed the breakfast where we met other guests, while Mike served us his amazing array of fresh fruits, crepes, or full cooked brekky.
A cool dip in the pool, and a trip to nearby Eumundi at night for tea at the Imperial hotel...and a bbq on the deck the other night.
Mike knows how to look after his guests and lovely to see it’s a pet friendly place.definately would return.

We visited the Yacht Club for just a weekend away from everything, and it was lovely. So quiet and relaxing, plenty to see and Mick was a great host!
Breakfast- cooked by Mick, was so delicious and we got to hear about some of his great adventures.

We stumbled onto this B&B by accident and were very pleased we did. Fantastic oasis hidden away in the forest.Very comfortable and clean room in a very quite area of Eumundi. Just a few minutes away from the markets by car. Very friendly hosts full of great advise and stories. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Pay a few dollars extra and get the full breakfast. You wont eat it all but you wont forget it either, Fantastic, and it comes with great conversation from the very likable hosts.

Room Tip: There are several apartment style rooms to stay in. I wish we had tried the houseboat.

I stayed here with my fiancée recently, for 4 nights, and we totally loved it. We had booked the Houseboat but due to low water levels, it had been damaged. We were upgraded to the "Tree Tops" lodge which was amazing. Everything was provided for us. All linen, cutlery/crockery, toiletries, plenty of seating, large tv with dvd. Our hosts, Mike and Mary were wonderful and made us feel at home. They gave us lots of ideas about where to go on our trip and their knowledge of the surrounding areas was extensive.
We lost electricity and some water as we caught the tail end of the recent cyclone, halfway through but Mike and Mary gave us candles to use and we're just brilliant throughout. We've already recommended them to our family and, when we visit Australia again, would love to visit, if they still have it. Thanks for an amazing stay and to Mike for sharing his Rum with us.

Tom and Jodi.

The only fault on this property was that I only stayed one night!! Location, facilities and hospitality are amazing. Owner Mike is friendly and very knowledgeable on the area and the breakfast he prepared on Saturday morning was unbelievable, would highly recommend you stay here and cannot wait to return, next time will be longer than one night, loved it
