Myself & my husband have just returned from a short break & we were wowed by our stay.
We had a Junior Suite & both agree one of our all time nicest rooms.
Jane on arrival was so helpful & made us feel very welcome.
We really didn't have to leave our room as with the spa on top floor we could relax throughout the day & room service was great.
We ate at the Mon Soon restaurant & had great service / food. The bar staff were really helpful & friendly in the main hotel - fabulous Bloody Mary's.
The hotel was a short walk to the town as well, which wasn't overly busy, but now low season.
We will be returning next year for sure - thank you

Room Tip: Junior Suite is a must

I look forward to our stays here, and after a ferry and drive, we just wanted to relax in our room as soon as possible. On the contrary, we had to endure a fiasco over room allocation (again). We clearly stated what we wanted months earlier via the Insotel website, yet we still were offered the wrong room, and it was a battle of wills to get what we wanted. In the end our room was more in line with what we requested, but a mouldy smell was present throughout our entire stay, which our excellent housekeeper did her best to mask with a spray. There was another thing we haven't noticed on previous stays here, and it was probably a one off due to the heavy feet of the guests above us, but a continuous thumping could heard & felt as they repeatedly stomped back and forth in their room (thankfully they left after our second day!!!). In every other respect the room was of the usual 5 star standard we've come to expect from this hotel, very comfortable and enormous, as was the bathroom. The TV oddly seemed quite small by today's standards, but I suppose I wouldn't have noticed if our room wasn't so big, so this is more of an observation than a complaint. Parking isn't a problem, and it's free, as is the WiFi.

The breakfast was of it's usual standard, which is simply fantastic. You really are spoilt for choice, and sticking to any diet is a severe challenge, as there's so much beautifully presented food to enjoy. Whether you want hot or cold, branded or local produce, you simply get the best of everything here. Dinner is also very good, with plenty of dishes available, also presented perfectly. I found the steak (cooked in front of you on request)far too tough the one time I tried it, so I was happy to choose from the plenty of other dishes available, so no big deal there. Deserts are amazing too, all of excellent quality and very enticingly displayed.

You are in a quiet predominantly residential area called Siesta, which we like simply due to it's calmness. Santa Eulalia is a few minutes away, by taking a walk down by the river (balearics only one) and over the metal bridge. The town is quite busy with some decent shops and supermarkets, as well a good range of restaurants. The beach facing the town is wide and smoking is banned. So for us the hotel represents a perfect location for a blend of beach and old and new town, and all they have to offer.

Overall another relaxing stay, and we will definitely return.

Great value and fantastic stay. To be honest it's not 5 star but very close in places, the hotel, staff and breakfast fantastic, half board was buffet dinner and nothing special but adequate. I would go back for sure

It is a lovely hotel, although in our opinion it is a 4 star rather than 5 star. Nobody to carry your luggage from the taxi into reception, especially as there are quite a few steps up to the reception. There was no pool service and the pool was very cold. The entrance to the indoor spa pool was rather expensive at 38 euros per person!
There was no atmosphere in the public areas of the hotel, especially in the evenings. No music on most nights. There were no amenities such as a little shop, hairdressers, etc. No complimentary water in the room.

Saying that, all the staff were very polite and pleasant, rooms were kept cleaned well, the views from the balcony was beautiful and the buffet breakfasts and dinners were very good indeed, with a huge choice.

My wife and I spent two weeks at this hotel last month.
The hotel is located just out of the main resort fronting a residential area. Access to the resort is via a footbridge near to the hotel-see google maps. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very attentive. My only comments are that the hotel bar and food prices are too high, twice that of the surrounding bars. Also, there is next to no evening entertainment at this hotel bar an occasional pianist in the bar some evenings. I think the hotel is missing out by not having something to keep customers from leaving in the evenings as you don't always want to search for entertainment every night as we had to do. We often took a taxi most nights into the town centre.
Lovely relaxing hotel but won't be returning anytime soon.
