The hotel was fine and the rooms were clean and a nice size. Staff in bars and restaurant were friendly and helpful, however the food was mediocre, very repetitive and not warm at all. The snacks were awful and went into the bin! The pool was overrun with kids (and it wasn't even half term!) so you couldn't even have a swim. Even at night there wasn't really anywhere to get away from them. Not the place for couples which was sad.

We were celebrating a special birthday. I wanted to return to Menorca as we had been there last year but in the height of summer so had not been able to do much exploring. The Artiem Capri is perfect for that relaxing getaway! The free breakfast buffet sets you up perfectly for the day and there's so much choice! The rooms are very comfortable and the roof top spa and pool are gorgeous! The hotel is just 4 minutes walk from the bus station. From there we took a bus to Binibequer. The weather was amazing and we enjoyed swimming in the sea. Can't wait to go back!

Good points about this hotel:
Nice central location. Spa/Sauna/Gym/Pool facilities were all good and seemed well maintained. All staff (reception, restaurant, bar, housekeeping) seemed very helpful and welcoming and did their best to assist in every way. Many spoke English - some to a very high standard. Rooms were reasonable and in a modern, minimalist, clean style.

Not so good points:
Some of the soft furnishings in the room were a little tatty and could do with replacement - being generous, may be this was just end of season wear and tear. Bedding was also somewhat uncomfortable - certainly not the best hotel mattress I've ever slept on. Many of the cold cuts that were served at the evening meal as a starter were identical to the breakfast selection. There were often only 4 choices of main meal as well, so a little more selection would have been appreciated. The balcony we were in needed some repair attention with broken glazing that divided our balcony from the room next door.

Summary
Some good features for a reasonable priced hotel. However there were some features that needed attention/maintenance and could have improved the experience significantly

Room tip: Take the shower home with you, if you can. It's great.

We chose this hotel because it's very near the bus station, from where you can reliable and comfortable (if not always frequent) buses to lots of destinations across the island.
There are lots of good things about the hotel. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful. Pretty much everything you can think of was on offer at breakfast, though we mainly stuck to a continental selection of cheeses and ham. The pastries are hard to resist too!

We ate in the hotel on two evenings. and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the menu, especially the cooked-to-order mains - fish, steak, cutlets etc - as well as the excellent value. Staff at breakfast and dinner did a great job, always with a smile.

Not quite everything was perfect. The aircon, although nicely quiet, wasn't very effective, and opening the windows wasn't really an option because of the street noise.
We thought we might be able to access the great view from the 6th floor which other reviewers mention, but this is part of the pool area and we were quite brusquely turned away because we hadn't brought flip flops. Do bear this in mind of you don't want to actually use the pool.
It's about a 20 minute walk down to the bay, and of course more back up! But there are some lovely restaurants there, and a return taxi costs only 7 Euros or so. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the Capri especially to those wanting to visit the rest of Menorca.
